Privacy Policy

How Logic Apps Digital collects, uses, and retains personal data when you inquire about or attend candlestick pattern training.

Data controller

Data we collect

  • Inquiry and enrolment data: name, email, selected lesson type, preferred schedule notes, and the message you send (including trading context you choose to share).
  • Session administration: attendance, submitted chart homework, feedback summaries, and payment references necessary to confirm deposits or fees.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) and cookie-related data as described in our Cookies policy.

We do not ask for passwords to your brokerage accounts, government ID numbers, or unrelated sensitive categories as a condition of ordinary enrolment.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, administer lessons, deliver feedback, process refunds or rescheduling, improve curriculum quality, and meet legal or accounting obligations in Taiwan.

Where applicable under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and related rules, we process data based on your request to enter a contract (enrolment), our legitimate interests in operating a training desk securely, consent where you opt into optional analytics cookies, and legal obligations for records we must keep.

Retention

Inquiry messages without enrolment are typically retained up to 24 months. Enrolment and payment records are retained for the period required by Taiwanese accounting and tax rules, generally at least 5 years. Chart homework may be retained for the duration of the course plus up to 12 months for quality review unless you ask us to delete it earlier where the law allows. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who host email, store files, or process payments on our behalf, under obligations to protect the data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect participants and instructors.

International transfers

If a provider stores or processes data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law. By submitting an inquiry you acknowledge that email and hosting infrastructure may involve cross-border routing.

Your rights

Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may inquire about our collection practices. To exercise rights, email hello@logic-apps.digital. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

Children

Our training is aimed at adults engaged in trading activity. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version here. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site where practical.
