By accessing logic-apps.digital or enrolling in a lesson, workshop, or private review offered by Logic Apps Digital, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or register for training.

Services described

The site describes instructor-led candlestick pattern reading training for active traders, including workshops, evening labs, and private chart reviews. Descriptions are informational. A binding enrolment arises only when we confirm your place in writing and any required deposit or fee is received according to the confirmation.

No investment advice

Training is educational. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes personalised investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading profit. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.

Accounts & communications

You agree to provide accurate contact details when submitting inquiries or enrolling. You are responsible for safeguarding any materials we share with you for your personal study and for not redistributing them.

Intellectual property

Curriculum outlines, drill sheets, replay selections, written feedback, and site content belong to Logic Apps Digital or its licensors. You may use materials for your personal learning during and after a paid session. You may not copy, sell, publicly republish, or teach from our materials as your own course without prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt forms or scrape content at scale), harass instructors or other participants, or record sessions without explicit permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), Logic Apps Digital is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or from educational content. Our aggregate liability related to a paid enrolment is limited to the fees you paid for that specific lesson or session. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your enrolment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for subsequent use. Material changes affecting an active enrolment will be communicated to affected participants where practical.
